Proficient Machine and Automation’s manufacturing teams is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines, turning centers, and fabrication tools, allowing us to maintain complete control over quality, lead times, and cost-efficiency. From prototyping and small-batch production to full-scale manufacturing, we serve a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive, medical, and industrial equipment.

Our in-house machining department consists of:

• 3-AXIS CNC machines for 2D and 3D manufacturing with max. travels up to (X,Y,Z) 84” X 40” X 30”
• 87K psi Abrasive Waterjet with max. travels of (X,Y,Z) 156”X 72” x 8”
• Manual milling machines, saws and grinders
• Welding / fabrication equipment
• Quality control and inspection
• Laser marking system for identification on every manufactured component
